I’m thoroughly disgusted with STATISTICS. Yes, it’s kicking my arse in an ugly way. I’ve got the three hour final due Monday night, but I can’t even get to that because of all the ridamndiculous (new word) equations I have to do in the regular weekly work. And I LOVE MATH. This is not math, this is the worst most painful “educational tool” ever invented and I do believe I’m about to make my very first collegiate D…the hopes of a C are still there, but barely, and the worst part is that there are SO MANY OTHER THINGS I’D RATHER BE DOING THIS WEEKEND! Ok…whew….focus girl. You can do this, says my inner guardian angel….but I don’t wanna, says my inner she-devil.
Probabilities, least square lines, y intercepts, oh my. And I suck at it,
so instead of torturing myself further, it’s time for a much needed PINTEREST break.

I feel your pain – my background is applied mathematics – statistics kicked me so hard in the arse 10 years ago I’m still scared of it! What – my oldest Spawn is 12….so more like 15 years ago……(I swear I have a degree in Math – just can’t count anymore – spawn have sucked all my brain cells away…) I still remember thinking wt* is this ?!?! This isn’t Math – I love Math. This.Is.Not.Math.

I am so sorry that you do not have the professor who taught statistics at my school. He was brilliant and made it so clear and relevant and doable.
Ah, I’m sorry too! LOL. The professor I have is cool, but it’s all online so it’s like I’m trying to teach myself. Oh well, hopefully I’ll pass and be able to mark it off my list. Four more classes to go for MBA…I’ll quit whining now. hahaha.
